Welcome
The Cresco Community Chapel is a non-denominational, evangelical church. Being non-denominational means that we are not affiliated with any outside governing body, though we enjoy fellowship with other like-minded churches. Being evangelical means we communicate and live the “good news” of life and forgiveness in Jesus Christ. Our beliefs are founded in the Bible, the revealed word of God.
We will accomplish our purpose and vision by participating in three communities:
- Worshiping community - Congregational worship
- Growth community - Small groups
- Serving community - Ministry teams

4 P'S FOR ETERNAL LIFE
1. The Problem: We have all sinned and fallen short of the standards of God. The result of sin is eternal death. (Romans 3:23, 6:23)
2. The Person: But God provided a substitute for sin and death-Jesus Christ. Jesus died in place of you, but rose again from the dead, having conquered sin and death.
3. The Promise: Having been raised 3 days later, Jesus now promises and offers eternal life to anyone who will receive Him for it. (John 1:12)
Eternal life is by faith alone in Christ alone. If you want this then...
4. Pray: "Dear Lord, I believe your good news, and I receive into my life your Son Jesus Christ as my sin-bearer. I want the gift of eternal life that Jesus offers me. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus's name I pray. Amen.
If you prayed this prayer, we would love to know about it and help you as you begin your walk with God. If you are still unsure or have questions, please contact us at 563-547-4343 or join us on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am.
"Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand...3For I delivered to you [b]as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, (1 Corinthians 15:1, 3-4 NASB)"
